1003 Nur
Why 1003 nur? Mr Hiroshi Tamura said to Sean Morris that "1003 Nur were because some were damaged in shipping/transport etc. Since the orders were for 1000 cars, the extra were made up, and still eventually sold." It is unclear if that means 1000 + 1 museum + 2 damaged or if 3 were damaged.
VIN Plates
All V-Spec II Nür and M-Spec Nür have a gold VIN plate.
All M-Spec Nür have a model code with a 16th digit of M

R34 GTR Nur Owners Book
A 84 page book was provided to the purchaser of a new R34 GTR nur edition car.
Specifications:
· Size 263 × 263 mm (same size as the GTR catalog)
· Number of pages 84 pages
· Hard cover
· Cover / serial number and customer name engraved plate.
The book has photos of all generations of the GTR and the development of the car at the Nurburgring. The photographers of the contents of the book are 熱田 護 (Atsutake Atsushi), 北畠 主税 (Chikara Kitabatake?) and 馬場 孝治 (Koji Baba).
It is broken in to 4 chapters (Google translated as:), Chapter 1 "Immutable", Chapter 2 "Passion Soul", Chapter 3 "Holy Land Nur" and Chapter 4 "Instinct Racing".
